We are a small law practice with two locations in Lake City, Michigan (Missaukee and Wexford County areas) and Grand Rapids, Michigan (Kent, Ottawa, Allegan, Barry, Montcalm and Muskegon County areas). We regularly serve clients throughout Michigan including both the east and west sides of the state. Our heaviest concentrations by “volume of clients/matters” are in an area bounded by St. Joseph/Kalamazoo/Lansing to the south, Lansing to Grayling to the east, and the shores of Lake Michigan to the West. We do almost half of our work north of US 10 including in Grand Traverse and Antrim Counties.

Our firm consists of attorney Don Passenger, our lead attorney, two legal assistants, Jenn Bellgraph and Leonard Kuyvenhoven, and administrative assistant for communications and language, Jacob Kuyvenhoven.

We regularly interact and work with Attorney Jon Moothart and his legal assistant Nancy Kim-Moothart of the firm Moothart & Sarafa PLC. This effectively gives us a Willamsburg presence and office (when needed) as well.
